The beginnings
Inova was founded in 2003 with the aim of providing our clients with cutting-edge solutions capable of generating value.
We began by focusing on understanding innovation and how it could be systematised and optimised.
We later collaborated in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing process optimisation methodologies in automotive companies.
We then moved into the world of sustainability, tackling projects to reduce polluting emissions linked to maritime and port traffic and electric mobility initiatives.
Inova grows
We help hundreds of SMEs to transform their business models, generate collaborative networks, digitise, find funding, innovate and improve.
We play a decisive role in the origin of the Galician entrepreneurial ecosystem and we design and manage acceleration programmes for innovative projects.
However, learning is the main thing, what really makes the project experience significant progress and go in the right direction.
That is our approach. And that is how we approach our work with entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship programmes, accelerators, institutions and specialised investors.
By the way, our services do not include a coffee machine, table football and motivational posters, but everything else.

- Inova is a company born and based in Galicia, but it works with a global perspective to serve national and international clients.
- Its clients include SMEs, large companies and conglomerates, sectoral associations and clusters, national, regional and municipal public administrations, port authorities, technology centres and research centres.
INDUSTRY, PART OF OUR DNA
- Alberto Casal, founding partner of Inova, came from developing his professional career as a manager in different companies in the Galician automotive sector.
- Inova itself collaborated in the creation of CEAGA, the sector’s cluster, and BFAuto, its vertical accelerator for innovative startups.
- Throughout its existence and until today, Inova has maintained a close link with the automotive industry and has been opening up to other industrial sectors such as metalworking, food and shipbuilding.
INNOVATION, OUR IDENTITY
- We allocate part of our annual turnover to innovation activities and have participated in R&D&I projects financed through regional, state and European calls for proposals.
- The Innovative SME Seal awarded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and the Ardán Report’s innovative company distinction recognise our track record in this field.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND TRANSFER
- We love entrepreneurship and, in a way, we have never stopped doing it, for ourselves and for others. We specialise in turning the latest technological and methodological trends into tangible solutions that can be used in the day-to-day work of companies and institutions.
- Our spin-out TechEye, created in 2018, is our commitment to vision and artificial intelligence. It was selected by BFAuto and mentored by Plastic Omnium.
